PB Care was founded in 2014 with a single purpose: to provide the highest quality home care to people who want to remain independent in their own homes. Over a decade later, we have supported more than 500 clients across London.
"Our mission is to treat every person in our care as we would our own family — with dignity, respect, and genuine compassion. We believe that great care changes lives."
PB Care Founding Principle
Every decision we make and every interaction we have is guided by four enduring principles.
We approach every person with warmth, kindness, and a genuine desire to improve their quality of life. Compassion is at the heart of everything we do.
We are honest, transparent, and accountable in everything we do. Families trust us to do what is right — and we never take that trust for granted.
We show up — on time, every time. Consistency matters profoundly in care, and our clients and their families depend on us to deliver without fail.
We design every care plan around the individual — their wishes, preferences, and goals. No two people are the same, and neither is their care.
PB Care is proudly registered and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) — the independent regulator of health and social care in England. Our registration confirms that we meet the national standards for safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led services.
All our carers hold enhanced DBS clearances and complete rigorous induction training before working with any client. We invest continuously in ongoing professional development to ensure our team reflects the very best of the care sector.
Our leadership and specialist team bring decades of combined experience in health and social care.
