We're actively recruiting caring, reliable individuals across London.

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our growing team in North London. You will provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes, helping them to live independently and comfortably.

  • Assist with personal care tasks including washing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support clients with meal preparation and light domestic duties
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Administer medication in accordance with care plans
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate with the care team
  • No prior experience required — full training provided

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Carer to take on a leadership role within our Edgware team. You will mentor junior carers, oversee care delivery, and act as a key point of contact for clients and their families.

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a domiciliary or residential care setting
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
  • Supervise and support junior care assistants
  • Conduct care assessments and contribute to care plan development
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals, families, and the office team
  • Driving licence preferred but not essential

We are seeking experienced and empathetic Live-in Carers to provide round-the-clock support to clients across London. This role involves living with the client for two-week placements, providing a consistent and familiar presence that greatly enhances quality of life.

  • Provide 24-hour live-in support across 2-week rotations with time off in between
  • Support with all aspects of daily living, personal care, and household management
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families
  • Experience in dementia or complex care an advantage
  • Accommodation and meals provided during placement
  • Competitive weekly pay with travel costs covered between placements
